Training and careers
As part of its human resources policy, JEUMONT Electric devotes a sizeable budget to the training of its employees.
Our employees can thus improve their technical, foreign language and management skills, particularly in the management of complex projects as regards the latter.
To ensure that competencies remain at an optimal level, JEUMONT Electric:
- Designs training cycles in cooperation with approved training centres and schools at all levels
- Offers work placements all year round to a number of students or trainees on sandwich type courses
- Organizes year round in-house training cycles for apprentices working under the supervision of tutors selected from the company’s best qualified specialists and gradually exposed to work of increasing complexity
